Can you ship a sword to my country?
We can safely ship swords to most countries. We have special contracts with specific shipping companies, and even for destinations where other companies are unable to ship, we can offer alternative shipping options.
As long as your country’s customs allow the import of Japanese swords, we will find a way to ship them to you.
How long will shipping take?
Delivery typically takes about one and a half months, depending on the destination country.
We must complete an export procedure before shipping a sword, which usually takes around one month. Once it is completed, we will promptly ship your item.
The shipping itself usually takes about a week, though in some cases, shipping methods that take longer may be necessary depending on the destination country.
Do I need a reservation to visit your store?
No reservation is required to visit our store.
However, if you are interested in viewing a specific sword, please let us know in advance, as it may not be available at our Ginza store due to exhibitions, photo shoots, or museum loans.
